Title:  Temporary Junior Accounts Payable

Description: 

If you’re skilled at managing financial processes and ensuring timely payments, come join our Finance team as a Temporary Junior Accounts Payable. You’ll ensure efficient payment complement tracking and supplier communication for our Mexican suppliers across the Latin America region. This role is located in Querétaro, México.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  

  • Generation of Payment Complement Reports: Export the database daily to generate detailed reports reflecting the status of pending payment complements to ensure thorough tracking.
  • Supplier Communication Management: Communicate with suppliers via various channels (email, phone, etc.) to request payment complements and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Escalation of Delayed Payment Complements: Escalate cases of vendors who do not provide the required payment complement on time to the appropriate teams such as Accounts Payable, Tax, and Procurement.
  • Reconciliation with SCF Factoring Suppliers and Banks: Perform reconciliation of payment complements with SCF-Factoring suppliers and collaborate with banks to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable position (1 year of experience or internships preferred).
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills.
