Title:  Temporary HR Fleet Operations Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee services while managing complex operational programs that keep businesses moving? As a Temporary HR Fleet Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting fleet operations across Latin America, ensuring a seamless experience for associates while maintaining compliance, operational continuity, and strong vendor partnerships. Working within our Global Business Services organization, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support an important function that impacts employees and commercial teams across the region.

In this role located in querétaro, you will serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related services, coordinating vehicle lifecycle activities, vendor management, insurance processes, budget controls, and operational support. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you can contribute to process improvements, regional initiatives, and high-impact operational excellence across LATAM. The position operates in a hybrid work environment with significant interaction with local and regional stakeholders.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Fleet Operations Management — Own the end-to-end administration of fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, documentation, lifecycle management, and system updates to ensure operational continuity.
• Associate And Stakeholder Support — Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and business teams, providing timely resolution of fleet-related inquiries, incidents, and service requests.
• Insurance And Compliance Coordination — Manage insurance processes, claims, endorsements, and compliance requirements while ensuring adherence to local regulations, EHSS standards, and company policies.
• Vendor And Financial Management — Coordinate external service providers, validate invoices, monitor budgets, and support financial controls to ensure service quality and cost management.
• Continuous Improvement And Reporting — Support regional fleet initiatives, reporting activities, audits, and process enhancement efforts that strengthen operational effectiveness across LATAM.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Fleet Management, HR Operations, HR Benefits Administration, or similar operational service environments.
• Experience managing external vendors and operational service providers.
• Experience with financial processes, including budget monitoring, accrual management, invoice validation, and financial controls.
• Experience managing supplier payment processes, service agreements, payment tracking, and issue resolution.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a service-oriented operational function.
• Advanced English Level
