Title:  Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description: 

At Kellanova, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level and niche roles, helping us attract and hire top talent that drives our business forward. This role plays a key part in shaping hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and influencing hiring decisions across the organization.

 

This position is based in Querétaro, working closely with a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition team that supports diverse business functions. The role is exciting due to its exposure to senior stakeholders, ownership of complex searches, and the opportunity to directly impact our employment brand and long-term talent strategy.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting Ownership — Manage high-volume recruiting processes from intake through offer for mid to senior-level leadership and niche roles.
  • Talent Pipeline Development — Build, maintain, and proactively manage diverse candidate pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
  • Strategic Sourcing Execution — Design and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, networking, and third-party partners.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership — Advise, influence, and guide hiring managers using market insights, data, and recruiting expertise.
  • Recruiting Operations & Branding — Act as a subject matter expert in recruiting systems and processes while supporting employment branding initiatives and preparing offer letters.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including mid to senior-level or niche roles.
  • Proven experience using ATS and CRM recruiting systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media, digital sourcing, and diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Strong capability in applying recruiting metrics and data to inform hiring decisions.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
