Title:  Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Sr. Manager

Join Kellanova as a Regulatory Affairs Manager LATAM and help shape the future of food regulation, nutrition, and product innovation across Latin America. As part of our Scientific & Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a key role in enabling business growth by translating evolving regulatory requirements, consumer trends, and scientific insights into actionable strategies that support our categories and brands. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this role offers the opportunity to influence a broad regional agenda while partnering with cross-functional teams across LATAM.

You will lead regulatory initiatives across Mexico and Central America while collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity located in Querétaro and combine science, regulation, and business strategy in a highly visible role that supports innovation, protects compliance, and helps deliver products that consumers love.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Regulatory Strategy — Implement regulatory and scientific agendas that enable business growth while ensuring alignment with local and regional regulations.
• Ensure Product Compliance — Oversee regulatory requirements related to formulations, labeling, sanitary registrations, and product claims across relevant markets.
• Influence Innovation And Category Decisions — Provide scientific and regulatory guidance on emerging topics such as front-of-pack labeling, claims, additives, biotechnology, and advertising regulations.
• Build Strategic Partnerships — Collaborate with Government Affairs, Legal, and business teams to address regulatory trends and support commercial objectives.
• Lead And Develop Regulatory Capabilities — Strengthen regulatory processes, develop team capabilities, and collaborate with regional and global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs teams to drive consistent standards and best practices.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, Science, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience within the food industry focused on regulatory affairs, policy, nutrition, or related scientific areas.
• Strong knowledge of food regulations, labeling requirements, claims management, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience assessing emerging legislation and translating regulatory changes into business actions across multiple markets.
• Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams
