Title: Resolution and analytics analyst

Join our Global business services team as a Resolution and analytics analyst and contribute to improving financial visibility and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be actively collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating data accuracy, supporting process compliance, and transforming analysis into actionable insights that help the business make informed decisions. This role is located in Querétaro
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- GR/IR Aging & Account Reconciliation – Monitors the aging of GR/IR items related to direct and indirect purchasing, performing daily reconciliations to ensure account health, identify open balances over 90 days, and maintain accurate GR-related account balances.
- Invoice follow up – Follows up on parked, withheld, or rejected invoices due to price or quantity differences or missing GRs, coordinating with internal users and suppliers to ensure proper coding, approval, and posting within the invoice registration flow
- Reporting metrics & analytics – Generates GR/IR analysis reports, resolution metrics, trends on parked invoices, purchase price variance (PPV) insights, and reports for KBuy, providing visibility to Finance on risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Cash flow & accrual management – Supports the integration and analysis of accrual accounts, preparing reports that provide Finance visibility into cashflow impact, pending invoices, and open purchase orders with extended aging..
- Cross - functional collaboration – Works closely with Finance and Procurement teams, providing GR/IR support, tracking SLAs and KPIs, and supporting SOX controls through accurate daily reconciliations and proper documentation in Excel.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience in finance or accounting-related roles, including account reconciliations, invoice analysis, accruals, and follow-up of open balances.
- Advanced Excel skills required to work with large datasets, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and data analysis for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
- Professional English proficiency to maintain business conversations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
