Title:  Regional Benefits Lead LATAM

Description: 

Are you passionate about creating experiences that improve people’s lives? As a Regional Benefits Lead LATAM, you will lead the management of benefits, total health initiatives, and recognition programs across the KLA region, ensuring efficient processes aligned with our global strategy. This position is based at our GBS Center in Querétaro, Mexico, in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

 

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that works closely with HR leaders, Finance, and Centers of Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic wellness and recognition initiatives, engage with key vendors, and make a direct impact on the employee experience.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead Regional Benefits Operations – Manage medical, savings, and pension benefits processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across KLA.
  • Manage Vendor & SLA Performance – Oversee relationships with benefits and wellbeing suppliers, ensuring service levels are met and renewal cycles run smoothly.
  • Deploy Total Health Strategy – Coordinate and execute initiatives across physical, emotional, social, and financial wellbeing pillars in alignment with the COE agenda.
  • Drive Recognition & Life Harmony Programs – Lead regional recognition processes, manage the Achievers platform, and guide HR and managers on worklife harmony initiatives.
  • Provide Data Insights & Recommendations – Maintain dashboards, analyze program effectiveness, support benchmarking, and recommend improvements to enhance value and reduce cost.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or total rewards
  • Experience managing medical insurance, savings, or pension plans
  • Strong vendor management and customer service skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with case management tools
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyze data, solve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement
