Title:  Junior data operations analyst

Are you passionate about working with data to keep business operations running smoothly and organized? Join our Data Office team as an Junior dara operation analyst and play a key role supporting day-to-day data requests, coordinating information through internal portals, and helping ensure teams get what they need on time to avoid operational disruptions.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with data flows and operational requests, using tools like Power Apps, Excel, and Power BI to support data uploads, follow up on changes, and transform information into clear, actionable insights that teams can rely on. This role is located in Querétaro.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Master data management – Manage and maintain master data (customers, vendors, and materials) in SAP, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and available to support business operations.
• Data load and validation – Load, update, and validate data in systems based on business requests, using internal portals and Power Apps, while ensuring compliance with business rules, internal controls, and minimum requirements (including vendor setup).
• Operational reporting & dashboards – Extract, consolidate, and analyze data to build operational reports and dashboards in Power BI, using Excel to manage datasets and track operational metrics.
• Process support & auotmation – Support operational processes through the use of Power Apps and mass data upload tools, contributing to the standardization and simplification of data management without requiring programming activities..
• Cross - functional collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and IT to address data requests, follow up on changes, and ensure data integrity..

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Process, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong PC skills with solid knowledge of Excel (basic functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience using Power BI to create clear, accurate, and high-quality dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of working with sensitive and critical data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work well within a team environment, with English at an intermediate to advanced level.
