Title:  Junior Reconciliation Analyst

Description: 

If you’re looking to enhance financial processes, come join the Finance team as a Junior Reconciliation Analyst. In this role, you’ll manage accounting entries related to trade spending requests, including credit memos, accruals, reclassifications, and payment orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. Your attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining precise financial documentation and supporting overall financial integrity. This role is located in Querétaro, México.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  

  • Accounting Entries Management: Responsible for processing accounting entries related to trade spending requests, including tasks like credit memos, accruals, reclassifications, and payment orders, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive account reconciliations, focusing on reconciling various financial records such as NS Reconciliation and AR Reconciliation to maintain accuracy in cash flow and balances.
  • Month End Reporting: Generate and manage month-end reports, such as Sales Book and AR Reconciliation, ensuring statutory compliance while overseeing the calculation and posting of royalties.
  • Issue Escalation and Compliances: Identify and escalate issues that may impact the business as risks or opportunities. Ensure all processes adhere to statutory and compliance standards to meet regulatory requirements.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 6 months or 1 year of experience in a similar process (reconciliation analyst or accounting assistant).
  • Intermediate English speaking and comprehension skills.
  • Analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
