Junior Order Management Analyst

 

Are you passionate about working with orders, supporting daily operations, and keeping processes organized and on track? Join our Finance team as a Junior Order Management Analyst and play a key role supporting export and local operations through accurate data handling, follow-up activities, and close coordination with internal teams.

 

In this role, you will be working with operational records, tracking daily activities, supporting reporting needs, and helping ensure information flows correctly across teams. You will gain hands-on experience in managing data, identifying issues, and supporting smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

 

This role is located in Querétaro and offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a global environment, develop operational and analytical skills, and gain exposure to international business processes.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Order management and export operations – Support the creation, review, and follow-up of export and local orders for different countries in Latin America, validating product availability, prices, quantities, invoicing, and delivery confirmation.
  • Cross functional coordination – Communicate and collaborate with Logistics, Plant, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and 3 logistics partners to resolve order issues, ensure on-time deliveries, and meet customer requirements.
  • Reporting and KPIs tracking – Maintain detailed operational logs, generate daily and period-end reports, and present KPIs related to order volume, additional order touches, blocked customers, and operational performance.
  • Customer issues and claims support – Identify, analyze, and support the resolution of customer claims, blocked accounts, credit-related issues, and order discrepancies, escalating and sharing insights with Commercial and Credit teams as needed.
  • Process improvement and data management – Perform administrative and operational activities following corporate policies, manage intercompany and commercial invoicing, samples and donations, and actively identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation using Excel and ERP tools.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience, could be through internships, or entry-level roles to areas such as customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or administrative processes
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel as a core daily tool, including functions such as pivot tables, lookup formulas, and conditional calculations, along with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to follow processes, work with structured information, and pay close attention to detail.
