Title: Invoice to Cash & Deduction Manager
Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic financial operations? As an Invoice to Cash & Deduction Manager at Kellanova, you will oversee the deduction management process, ensuring efficient resolution of trade and non-trade deductions while optimizing cash flow. You will lead a globally distributed team and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance transaction accuracy, drive continuous improvement, and achieve critical business metrics.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Manage a team across the U.S. and Mexico, set performance targets aligned with ITC and GBS metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through automation and analytics.
- Oversee Deduction Management: Resolve trade and non-trade deductions, identify root causes for aged balances (90+ days), and address key deduction issues such as pricing discrepancies, trade promotion validation, and billing escalations.
- Strengthen Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales Finance, Credit & Collections, Supply Chain, IT, and Global Process Owners while working with third-party providers to enhance deduction resolution and financial forecasting.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor and improve KPIs like Days Deductions Outstanding (DDO), deduction balances, and post-audit performance while leading forecasting and aging balance reduction initiatives.
- Enhance ITC Processes Through Innovation: Implement automation, AI-driven insights, and ERP enhancements (SAP, Hyperion, Experian) to optimize financial processes and ensure seamless system integration.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration besides of 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Deduction Management, with strong data analytics skills.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, ERP systems, and advanced Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment while ensuring high-impact results.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset. Expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive operational excellence and process efficiencies.
