Title: IT Finance Analyst, Operational Business
If you’re passionate about technology and its impact on business, come join the Information Technology team as an IT Finance Analyst, Operational Business. You will liaise between finance, IT partners, and business units to translate needs into IT requirements. Responsibilities include leading Finance Technology projects, serving as the main contact for finance development leaders, and aligning finance and IT teams with regional strategies.
In this role, you'll identify strategic opportunities, create business cases, and act as a technology and process consultant, facilitating business process sessions for the Finance team. This role is located in Querétaro, México.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning: Contribute to project planning, develop work plans, manage workflows, and participate in short-term planning to align with business goals.
- Business Liaison: Support and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and the IT organization.
- Business Requirements and Process: Develop business requirements and functional specifications, analyze customer operations, ensure designs meet requirements, recommend system enhancements, and documents business processes.
- Testing: Execute validation testing, document results, and assist in developing test cases and user acceptance testing content.
- Change Management: Analyze current and future states, plan and execute change management activities, integrate these activities with project management efforts, and conduct stakeholder analysis.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Requires working knowledge of business operations and IT processes .
- Deep understanding of finance-related IT systems like SAP (Finance Module is essential), Oracle Financials, or other financial management software.
- Skilled in both traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum) project management methodologies.
- Skills: Stakeholder Management, Exceptional Communications, Good Problem-Solving and Data Analysis.
- Advance or fluent in English Language (Writing, reading & Speaking)
