Title: ITC Reporting and Analytics Specialist

Join the Global Business Services team as an ITC Reporting and Analytics Sr. Specialist at Kellanova, where you will leverage your expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to optimize processes and deliver measurable business impact.
In this global role, you will lead cross-functional projects, define key performance metrics, and implement process enhancements across departments to ensure efficiency and growth. This position is based in Querétaro, Mexico, with a flexible working model.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Management and Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Resource Allocation and Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources, define project goals, and align deliverables with business objectives.
- Advanced Data Analytics & Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights. Utilize Power BI to create real-time dashboards and reports that track performance metrics, resource utilization, and business health.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
- KPI Development, Tracking, Communication and Reporting: Collaborate with business leaders to define and monitor relevant KPIs and success metrics for projects and ongoing operations. Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project progress, milestones, and performance to key stakeholders.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are preferable.
- Proven experience in project management, cross-functional team leadership, and implementing Continuous Improvement practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Expertise in Power BI or other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Strong familiarity with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of engaging diverse audiences and explaining complex data findings effectively.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies, ability to work independently and in teams, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
