Title: HR Employee Relations Advisor
Join our GBS Human Resources team as we deliver high‑quality employee relations support across Latin America, ensuring that voluntary termination processes and compliance practices run with excellence. In this role, as an HR Employee Relations Advisor, you will contribute to regional alignment, adherence to local labor regulations, and seamless experience for employees and people managers.
You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on operational accuracy, audit readiness, and governance of critical HR programs. This position is located in Querétaro offers exciting exposure to cross‑functional partners—including Internal Controls, Legal, Internal/External Audit, and HR Leadership—while enabling you to influence process discipline and data integrity across the region.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining Regional ER Case Handling — Attend and resolve salaried ER tickets and act as the point of contact for former employees on documentation, payroll receipts, references, and pending payments.
- Overseeing Transitions Governance — Track, update, and provide visibility on the GBS transitions program to senior leadership.
- Managing Voluntary Termination Processes — Execute end‑to‑end voluntary separation procedures for salaried employees across the region, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Coordinating Internal & External Audits — Support PwC, SOX 404, STPS, and other entity‑level audit requirements by preparing documentation, evidence, and responses.
- Managing Outplacement & Vendor Processes — Handle purchase orders, invoices, and interactions with external legal service providers.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or similar roles.
- High English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage statistical tools/metrics.
- Knowledge of labor law fundamentals.
- Proven experience working with confidential information and following compliance protocols.
