Title:  Global Travel & Expense Analyst

Description: 

Are you passionate about data and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Finance professional team as a Global Travel and Expenses Analyst. You will play a key role by providing operational support to KLA functions utilizing current Travel and Expense (T&E) systems as directed or engaged. Operations may include and are not limited to application and separation processing, policy education, product support, and work group administration. This is a role based in Queretaro.

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Organized thinking: Review and process T&E reports on Concur Expense platform.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Perform corporate credit cards requests, blocks and deliveries to employees.  Provide administrative support to Travel Agency
  • Customer Support: Assist Travelers with the updates and maintenance of T&E configurations, workflows, and audit rules to comply with Corporate Card and T&E guidelines
  • Business Performance Analysis: Support HR department with T&E expenses of employees that leaves the company. Other duties and responsibilities related to the global KTravel strategy as assigned by management

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Administrative positions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Concur
  • Attention to detail at a line-item level while completing repetitive work
  • Customer-oriented mindset combined with clear, effective communication skills
  • English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
  • Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
