Title: Global Mobility Advisor
Are you passionate about helping employees navigate international assignments while ensuring payroll, tax, and mobility processes run seamlessly? As a Global Mobility Advisor, you will play a critical role supporting international assignees across Latin America, partnering with Payroll, Global Mobility, Finance, Tax, and external providers to deliver an exceptional employee experience throughout the assignment lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex cross-border payroll, tax, accounting, and mobility matters with visibility across multiple countries and business functions.
In this role located in Querétaro, you will collaborate with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders to support internationally mobile employees and ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and financial requirements. You'll gain exposure to global mobility programs, international payroll operations, tax compliance, budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to a high-impact function that supports talent movement across the region.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- International Assignment Management — Coordinate the end-to-end administration of international assignments across Latin America, ensuring employee records, mobility documentation, and payroll-related information remain accurate and up to date.
- Payroll And Mobility Coordination — Partner with Global Mobility and Payroll teams to manage assignment-related payroll changes, validate payments, process balance sheet updates, and support employee inquiries throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Tax And Immigration Compliance — Coordinate tax preparation activities, support assignment tax strategies, manage supplier relationships, and help ensure compliance with evolving tax and immigration regulations across the region.
- Financial Planning And Reporting — Calculate assignment budgets, prepare cost estimates, track actual versus budgeted costs, manage accruals and intercompany recharges, and provide reporting and financial insights to key stakeholders.
- Controls And Continuous Improvement — Execute payroll and financial controls, support audits and reconciliations, identify compliance risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English proficiency as this role requires the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and use technical English wordings.
- Experience in Global Mobility, Payroll, Tax, Accounting, HR Administration, or a closely related area.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, accounting and tax compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with SAP, payroll systems, and/or financial ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of fiscal, labor, and social security regulations relevant to employee administration and payroll operations.
