Title:  Global GBS Total Rewards, Kellanova Europe Compensation Specialist

Description: 

If you’re passionate about global compensation and eager to make an impact, come join the Human Resources team as a Global GBS Total Rewards Compensation Specialist. You will support the Compensation Lead in all relevant compensation administration topics across Europe in alignment with the compenation stategy and calendar.

 

In this role, you'll contribute to various compensation initiatives, from benchmarking and process support to market analysis and job evaluations. You'll also provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our compensations practices. This role is located in Querétaro, México.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Pay & Benefit Benchmarking: Collate and complete benchmarking across Europe for the annual salary review cycle and other projects.
  • Compensation Process Support: Assist in the implementation and analysis of new or updated compensation programs, including the annual MRP review process.
  • Market Data and Trend Analysis: Analyze market data, external trends, insights, and best practices to support compensation planning and decision-making.
  • Job Evaluation and Pricing: Perform job leveling, pricing, and evaluations for new or revised roles, and conduct Total Compensation analysis.
  • Consultation and Recommendations: Act as a consultant to HR and PM on compensation matters, recommend changes, and collaborate on gender pay equity analysis.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.
  • 4 years of work experience in compensation administration for multiple countries.
  • Good with numbers and excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly excel).
  • English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Kellanova Europe markets and compensations practices.
  • Work experience in other Total Rewards specialties (benefits, recognition, mobility).
