Title: GDSN Data Operations Analyst
The GDSN Data Operations Analyst plays a critical role within Global Business Services by supporting the accurate, timely publication and maintenance of product data through the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). This role focuses on executing high-volume transactional activities that ensure product master data is published, validated, and maintained in accordance with global standards, governance requirements, and service level agreements. You’ll be part of a globally connected Data Operations team that supports multiple business functions, customers, and markets.
This position is located in Querétaro and offers hands-on exposure to enterprise master data operations, data syndication, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain experience working with global data platforms, GS1-aligned standards, and operational processes that directly enable commercial, supply chain, and customer-facing activities.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- GDSN Data Publication — Execute daily transactional activities to publish and maintain product data in GDSN and related master data systems in line with established procedures and SLAs.
- Data Validation & Accuracy — Perform product data validations to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance with defined data standards and governance rules.
- Operational Monitoring — Track and monitor publication requests to ensure timely processing and resolution within service level expectations.
- Master Data Maintenance — Maintain and update product attributes and master data across GDSN, LANSA, and related platforms.
- Issue Identification & Escalation — Identify incomplete or inaccurate data and follow defined escalation processes to support issue resolution and data quality.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience supporting transactional or operational activities within data management or business systems environments.
- Hands-on experience with data management systems or operational support platforms.
- Experience executing high-volume, repetitive transactional activities with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and data standards in a structured, SLA-driven environment.
- SAP Knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
