Title:  GBS Payroll Incidence & Reporting Auxiliary

Are you passionate about data and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Business Intelligence team as a Junior payroll incidents analyst.  You’ll be responsible for processing and uploading payroll-related incidents, managing templates and disability records, supporting data reconciliations, and assisting with compliance and reporting tasks.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Entry and management of payroll incidents: As a key support in the payroll cycle, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing incidents (such as absences, bonuses, or deductions) through multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll calendars for both weekly and monthly runs.
  • Template management and data filing: You’ll help organize and archive payroll templates and support documentation. This includes filing disability cases, compiling data, and keeping records up to date to support audits and reporting requirements.
  • Mass data uploads and system support: Uploading bulk data into payroll systems. You'll work closely with internal systems to ensure information such as FONACOT incidents or other employee-related changes are reflected correctly.
  • CFDI generation and administrative tasks: Assist in generating the payroll stamp (CFDI) and collaborate with the team on administrative and support tasks related to incident management, making this a great opportunity to grow your understanding of payroll processes from the ground up.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  •        Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business related.
  •        Previous experience in payroll or social security
  •        Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially EXCEL and Power Point
  •        Interest in developing a career in payroll and accounting area.
