Title:  Financial Jr. Analyst Source to Pay

Join Kellanova as a Jr Analyst supporting our Global Business Services (GBS) Source-to-Pay (STP) Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will help ensure payment complements for suppliers in Mexico are accurately tracked, reconciled, and maintained for fiscal and audit purposes, while playing an important part in supporting compliant and efficient payment operations. This position is based in Querétaro, Mexico.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that partners closely with Procurement, Tax, Accounts Payable, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and financial institutions. This role offers exposure to end-to-end payables processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration that helps drive operational excellence across the business.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

• Payment Complement Monitoring: Track and manage pending supplier payment complements through daily reporting, follow-up activities, and status monitoring to support compliance requirements.
• Supplier Engagement: Communicate with suppliers through multiple channels to obtain required payment complement documentation and resolve outstanding requests.
• Reconciliation & Validation: Reconcile payment complements, including support for supply chain financing and factoring suppliers, working with banking partners as needed.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers, while escalating non-compliance or process issues to the appropriate teams.
• Process Improvement Support: Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize processes while supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

We’re Looking for Someone With 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related financial operations.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with reconciliations, financial documentation, or payment-related processes.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and support multiple operational activities.
