Title: Finance Professional
Are you passionate about data and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Finance professional team as a Travel and Expenses analyst You will play a key role by providing operational support to KLA functions utilizing current Travel and Expense (T&E) systems as directed or engaged. Operations may include and are not limited to application and separation processing, policy education, product support, and work group administration.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Organized thinking: Review and process T&E reports on Concur Expense platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Perform corporate credit cards requests, blocks and deliveries to employees. Provide administrative support to Travel Agency
- customer support: Assist Travelers with the updates and maintenance of T&E configurations, workflows, and audit rules to comply with Corporate Card and T&E guidelines
- Business Performance Analysis: Support HR department with T&E expenses of employees that leaves the company. Other duties and responsibilities related to the global KTravel strategy as assigned by management
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Administrative positions
- Portuguese and English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
- Attention to detail at a line-item level while completing repetitive work
- intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
