Title: Finance & Accouting Overhead Sr. Analyst
Join our dynamic Finance team at Kellanova, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing overhead expenses that drive our business forward. As a Finance & Accouting Overhead Sr. Analyst, you’ll deliver high-quality financial analysis, support decision-making, and help identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. This position is based in Querétaro, with a hybrid work model that offers flexibility while keeping you connected with the team.
Our team is recognized for its commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration across functions. You’ll partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and drive initiatives that enhance our financial performance.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage Overhead Expenses: Analyze people compensation and controllable overhead, providing variance explanations and decision support to Finance partners.
- Reporting & Visibility: Prepare and distribute monthly OVH reports, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of financial performance.
- Business Partnering: Schedule and lead meetings with Cost Center Owners and Finance Directors to review results and drive accountability.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Populate Anaplan with approved budgets and forecasts, supporting financial planning cycles and strategic scenarios.
- Process Improvement & Continuous Support: Identify and implement opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation in finance processes. Execute program plans and phasing changes into expense forecasts and accruals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, mostly in People Cost.
- Solid Accounting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and Anaplan desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results orientation.
- Fluent Level of English, since this position provides services to US.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- High level of organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
