Title: FP&A Finance Specialist
Join our dynamic Finance team at Kellanova, where you’ll play a key role in driving cash flow planning and analysis for part of LATAM Region. As an FP&A Finance Specialist - Cash Flow, you’ll partner with commercial, sales finance, innovation, and GBS teams to ensure financial commitments are met and liquidity is managed for growth investments. This position is Querétaro offering flexibility while staying connected with regional stakeholders.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Cash Flow Forecasting – Drive the cash flow forecasting process for some countries in LATAM, ensuring accurate visibility and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams – Align with GBS, collections, and accounts payable to secure critical inputs, streamline processes, and deliver on financial commitments.
- Identify and Drive Efficiencies – Analyze end-to-end financial data to uncover risks, opportunities, and process improvements that enhance cash generation and business performance.
- Present Strategic Insights – Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to top management, explaining cash flow drivers and supporting business planning initiatives.
- Influence Without Authority – Lead projects and initiatives by coordinating and motivating teams across the business, driving results even without direct reporting lines.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably in a multinational environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP (accounting modules required).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; able to lead without direct authority and drive results across teams.
- Technical expertise in financial analysis, cash flow, and process improvement.
- Advanced English; able to communicate effectively with regional and international teams.
- Resilience, initiative, and the ability to challenge the status quo and follow through on commitments.
