Title:  Entry Finance Professional - Temporal

Description: 

Are you passionate about finance and ready to build a strong foundation in accounting and business operations? Join our Kellogg Global Business Services (GBS) team as an Entry Finance Professional. You’ll be responsible for supporting invoice processing, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring accurate data management within financial systems. This role plays a key part in enabling the successful implementation of the Pay Clock project while maintaining high service levels for internal stakeholders.

 

As a key support partner, the Help Desk Analyst will handle ticket resolution, reporting, and continuous process improvements, while ensuring compliance with internal policies. This is a temporary position based in Queretaro, Mexico, for a 3-month project. 

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Help Desk & Ticket Management: Attend incoming calls and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation to second-level support when required.
  • Invoice Processing & Data Accuracy: Review, complete, and process missing invoice information in systems such as xSuite and SAP, ensuring data integrity.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Generate daily reports on tickets, calls, invoice gaps, and user requests to provide visibility and support decision-making.
  • User Support & Training: Assist internal users by resolving inquiries and guiding them through process changes related to the Pay Clock project.
  • Process Improvement Support: Identify issues and opportunities within the process and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar financial systems.
  • Advanced/intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, able to hold business conversations.
  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles (desirable).
