Title: Entry Finance Professional (Temporary)
Join our Global Business Services Source-to-Pay (GBS-STP) team as an Entry Finance Professional focused on invoice processing, where you will play a critical role in supporting accurate and timely financial operations. Based in Queretaro, Mexico, this three months temporary position contributes to ensuring supplier invoices are recorded correctly and processed efficiently to support business continuity. You will work within a collaborative, service-oriented environment that supports key stakeholders across the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to build expertise in finance operations while gaining exposure to end-to-end invoice processing activities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help maintain operational excellence and support critical business processes that directly impact supplier payments, tax compliance, and service continuity. Your work will have a visible impact on the effectiveness and reliability of our financial operations.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Invoice Processing Excellence: Accurately review, validate, and record supplier invoices in accordance with established finance procedures and controls.
- Timely Transaction Management: Ensure invoices are processed within defined service levels to support on-time supplier payments.
- Compliance And Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate records while adhering to accounting, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and support efficient transaction processing.
- Operational Continuity Support: Contribute to the stability of Source-to-Pay operations by managing invoice volumes for direct and indirect services.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Experience supporting invoice processing, accounts payable, or related finance operations.
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles and invoice lifecycle management.
- Experience working with financial systems and transaction-processing tools.
- Understanding financial controls, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional activities while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Authorization to work in Mexico.
