You’ll play a key role in protecting service levels, avoiding obsoletes, and enabling innovation through precise planning and strong cross-functional collaboration.

This role manages the end-to-end demand planning for the Sweet Snacks portfolio and partners closely with the Short-Term Planning team to align mid/long-term signals with day-to-day execution.

  • Aligning Support: Prepare and present Items to Focus: risks, opportunities, innovation performance, under/over performance. Align plans and action points with Commercial and Marketing teams.
  • Inventory & Availability: Collaborate daily with Product Availability to monitor stock, production plans, and potential stockouts. Evaluate obsoletes risk and propose mitigation actions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Maintain key reports: Forecast Comparison, Scorecards, OXXO dashboards, reach/coverage reports. Analyze demand trends, sell-out behavior, and forecast variances.
