Title:  Data Scientist Jr

Join our Digital Unit as a Data Scientist Jr, where you'll help accelerate our digital transformation by supporting the development, operation, and improvement of data‑driven products. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high‑quality analytics and machine learning solutions that enable faster, smarter decision‑making across the organization.

This position is based in Querétaro, MX. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, BI Analysts, and UX/Visualization experts.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Model Operations & Maintenance – Operate, monitor, and maintain existing machine learning models and pipelines.
• Model & Infrastructure Improvements – Support continuous improvement initiatives by testing changes and evaluating performance.
• Pipeline & Data Support – Assist with data pipelines built on diverse data sources.
• Analytical Insights – Analyze complex datasets to extract insights.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with multiple technical and business partners.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist OR 2+ years in Business Intelligence
• Advanced knowledge of R and/or Python
• Strong SQL and/or AWS knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
