Title:  Data Operations Analyst

The Data Operations Analyst – Product Information Management (PIM) plays a key role within Global Business Services by supporting the accuracy, consistency, and availability of product data through daily operational execution. This role focuses on transactional data activities, ensuring established processes and data standards are followed to keep core systems running smoothly. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, globally connected Data Operations team that supports multiple business functions and markets.

This is an opportunity to build hands-on experience in data operations and product information management while contributing to high-impact, high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise data systems, cross-functional stakeholders, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly support business performance. This role is located in Querétaro and offers flexible model of work.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

• Transactional Data Support — Manage and resolve PIM-related tickets and requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to defined operational procedures.
• Data Validation & Quality Checks — Perform routine data validations, identify inconsistencies, and follow established escalation processes to protect data accuracy.
• Operational Monitoring — Track and follow up on daily transactional activities to ensure completion within agreed timelines.
• System & Process Execution — Execute standardized data maintenance activities across PIM and related systems in compliance with data governance standards.
• Continuous Improvement Support — Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and transactional processes.

We’re Looking for Someone With 

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting transactional or operational activities within data management or business systems environments.
• Hands-on experience with data management systems, ticketing tools, or operational support platforms.
• Ability to execute repetitive, high-volume transactional activities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience following defined processes, procedures, and data standards in a structured operational environment.
• SAP Knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
