Title:  Communication & Change Managemente Lead (Temporary)

Join us as a Communication & Change Management Lead (Temporary) and play a key role in supporting Mars Snacking transformation and integration journey across Latin America. As part of the Integration Management Office (IMO), you will lead communication and change management strategies that help associates and leaders navigate organizational changes, understand key integration initiatives, and successfully adopt new ways of working.

In this highly visible regional role, you will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex global and regional initiatives into clear, timely, and impactful communications for different audiences. From benefits harmonization and organizational changes to major transformation programs and technology transitions, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders communicate effectively and preparing the organization for change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Change Management Across LATAM — Develop and execute change management strategies for regional and global integration initiatives, assessing impacts, stakeholder needs, organizational readiness, and adoption requirements.
• Drive Strategic Communications — Build and execute communication plans that translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, relevant, and engaging messages tailored to different audiences across Latin America.
• Advise and Influence Senior Stakeholders — Partner with senior leaders, P&O teams, and global and regional stakeholders, providing guidance on communication, change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and the best approach to successfully implement organizational changes.
• Support Major Integration Initiatives — Lead communication and change activities supporting key transformation programs, including organizational design, benefits harmonization, associate experience, systems implementation, and other regional integration priorities.
• Enable Leaders Through Change — Develop communication and training materials and provide leaders with the guidance, tools, and resources they need to effectively communicate change and support their teams throughout the transition.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Corporate Communications, Organizational Transformation, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong experience developing and executing communication and change management strategies for complex organizational initiatives.
• Experience developing communication materials, leadership communications, presentations, change toolkits, training content, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and audiences simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving transformation environment.
• Experience leveraging digital tools and AI to develop, enhance, or accelerate communication and change management materials.
• Fluency in English.
