We’re Looking for Someone With

• Motivated bachelor’s degree students in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (with 3 semesters remaining).
• Availability 30 hours a week
• Intermediate to advanced English, ideally able to communicate effectively in conversations.
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and commercial operations.
• Solid Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. are highly beneficial for this role).
• A results-driven mindset, able to meet deadlines and understand the importance of accurate reporting in business decisions.
• A proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach to daily tasks.

Your key responsibilities

• Review and monitor the daily routing and activity of field promoters.
• Generate opportunity booster reports using a CRM to provide commercial teams with insights on high-potential stores, identify ghost inventory, and support healthy product availability.
• Download, consolidate, and prepare attendance reports for promoters from different retail platforms.
• Develop and maintain variable compensation reports, providing clear and detailed analyses on goal progress and performance for the commercial team.
