Are you passionate about business and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our commercial team as a Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment analyst. You’ll be responsible for strengthening the connection between customer needs and operations through accurate forecasting, sales analysis, and demand visibility. By collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Demand Planning, Order Management, and Commercial—you’ll help align sales targets, ensure optimal product availability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your insights will drive data-based decision-making, improve service performance, and support the execution of collaborative strategies that deliver mutual growth and operational excellence. This role is located Querétaro, Méxco.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Cross functional collaboration: Collaborates closely with Order Management, Demand Planning, and Commercial teams to align forecasts, drive forecast accuracy, and support the execution of commercial strategies. Ensures consistent communication and coordination to meet shared business goals.
- Customer engagement and satisfaction: Leads customer-facing meetings across supply chain and commercial functions, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company standards. Tracks and improves customer satisfaction through tools like Advantage and Net Promoter Score, providing feedback on service issues and opportunities.
- Sales and inventory visibility: Monitors and analyzes daily sales targets, weekly sell-in and sell-out projections, and replenishment accuracy to enable timely decision-making. Provides visibility and actionable insights to internal teams and ensures proper product dispersion according to customer needs.
- Data analysis and reporting: Develops and interprets performance reports using tools like Tableau and Microsoft Excel. Uses analysis to drive decisions related to product availability, customer programs, and supply chain responsiveness. Ensures continuous visibility to company performance through data.
- Continuous improvement and problem solving: Proactively identifies and resolves customer issues through strong process knowledge and problem-solving skills. Drives the implementation of collaborative planning initiatives with key customers and contributes to ongoing process improvements and personal development to enhance performance.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Intermediate English level (able to present information).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (able to present and summarize information)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in consumer goods, retail, or similar industries
- Availability to travel at least twice a month to visit clients in Toluca, Mexico City and Tamaulipas [Travel expenses paid]
