Title:  Cash Application Sr. Analyst

Join our Kellanova GBS Team as a Cash Application Sr. Analyst and be responsible for leading cash application and bank operations activities across Latin America, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing that protects customer account integrity and cash flow visibility. With Mexico as the largest and most complex market in scope, this position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across high-volume environments.

You will lead a team of three Cash Application Analysts, coordinating daily execution, bank reconciliations, and issue resolution while partnering closely with Bank Operations, Collections, Deductions, Sales, and Finance teams across the region. The role is located in Querétaro and offers broad LATAM exposure, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within Order to Cash.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

• Cash Application Execution & Oversight — Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments across LATAM, maintaining customer account integrity and supporting healthy cash flow.
• Team Leadership & Coordination — Lead and prioritize the work of three Cash Application Analysts, providing guidance, operational support, and ensuring adherence to procedures and SLAs.
• Bank Reconciliations & Issue Resolution — Coordinate bank reconciliations, investigate variances, manage payment reversals, and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash.
• Controls, Compliance & KPIs — Monitor internal controls, audit requirements, and operational KPIs to ensure compliance and visibility of performance.
• Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Partnership — Partner with cross‑functional teams across LATAM to drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency.

We’re Looking for Someone With 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields.
• Proven experience in Cash Application, Bank Operations, Order to Cash, or Accounts Receivable within a high‑volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payment application, reversals, and customer account accounting treatment.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lead or coordinate teams.
• English proficiency to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
