Title:  Business Intelligence Head

Description: 

Are you passionate about data and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Business Intelligence team as a Business Intelligence Head.  You’ll be responsible for providing directions about the market & customer data management enabling the WM leaders and MFT to align the commercial plans for deliver the budget and define the future according to needs and improving WM negotiations.

 

As data expert, the BI manages and execute new Go to Market & Data Management projects, create and adjust the right processes for effective strategy to enhance the end-to-end sales & distribution process. This role offers the opportunity for flexible work models.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Data Gathering and Decision Making: Analyze dashboards and reports to transform business data into actionable, day-to-day decision-making models.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead interactions between CatMan/Insights, planning, and KAM to generate short and long-term ideas that can be turned into business opportunities.
  • Initiative Tracking: Monitor main initiatives and SKUs, identifying trends and deviations, and reviewing sales reports to take appropriate actions.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and report on business performance for key stakeholders, focusing on Snacks and Cereals markets within the customer system.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • +3 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Sales) Field sales.
  • Deep Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics and key customers.
  • Proven skills required: Fundamentals on Negotiation and Business acumen.
