Jr Source to pay Help Desk Analyst

 

Are you passionate about data and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Business Intelligence team as a Jr Source to pay Help Desk Analyst You’ll be responsible for supporting internal users with invoice and payment-related inquiries, managing help desk tickets, ensuring timely follow-up, and contributing to process efficiency through accurate reporting and strong customer service.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Primary contact for inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for both internal users and external vendors regarding invoice and payment-related queries, ensuring smooth operations for the entire Purchase to Pay (PTP) team.
  • Customer service and communication: Deliver excellent customer service by answering all Help Desk calls, responding to emails and tickets from top-level users within 48 hours, and effectively managing communication to provide timely, helpful resolutions.
  • Invoice support and troubleshooting: Assist with posting invoices in the xsuite tool to resolve specific issues or requests from users or suppliers. This includes tax-related validations and managing invoice modifications such as moving, adding, or removing records.
  • Ticket management: Monitor ticket logs daily, create and escalate second-level tickets appropriately, and maintain accurate records of all received, handled, and escalated requests for accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Daily reporting and performance tracking: Generate and share daily reports tracking Help Desk activity, including calls and tickets received, attended, missed, or escalated, ensuring transparency and identifying trends for service optimization.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelors degree in finance, administration or accounting
  • Previous experience in customer service areas
  • Intermediate level of English (capable of speaking and understanding)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
