Title: Accounts Payable Team Lead
Join us as a key leader within our Source‑to‑Pay Team, where you will own the end‑to‑end Invoice Management and Tax Compliance process for LATAM. As an Accounts Payable Team Lead - Invoice processing and tax compliance , you will ensure accuracy, compliance and business continuity across a complex, high‑volume operation that sits at the heart of our financial ecosystem. Based in Querétaro and working in a flexible model, you’ll partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to elevate process performance and unlock value.
This role offers broad exposure to global initiatives, the opportunity to influence cross‑regional transformation, and the chance to strengthen our operational excellence through technology, governance and people development.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- End‑to‑End Process Ownership — Oversee and continuously optimize the full invoice lifecycle, from supplier submission to posting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely processing across LATAM.
- Performance & Compliance Leadership — Guarantee delivery of SLA and KPI commitments while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and strengthening governance frameworks.
- Continuous Improvement & Automation — Lead improvement initiatives, implement new process requirements (e.g., credit‑day impact controls), and capture structural savings through standardization and technology.
- People & Capability Development — Develop two coordinator‑level leaders and their teams, cascade communication effectively, and drive engagement across the organization.
- Global Project Alignment — Represent the LATAM region in global STP initiatives, ensuring successful deployment, adoption and integration into the local operational model.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong and advanced accounting knowledge (financial flows, AP processes, invoice lifecycle).
- Demonstrated experience managing multi‑level teams and people‑leadership development.
- Solid experience in continuous improvement methodologies (CI mindset).
- Proven ability to manage complex processes, operational risk, and business continuity in shared‑services or STP environments.
- Fluent level of English
