Title: Retail Execution Coordinator Senior
Are you passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships? Join our Commercial team as a Sales Representative. You’ll be responsible for analyzing market dynamics and customer needs to create action plans that maximize sales, while aligning and executing commercial plans with customers across Convenience, Distributors, and Modern Trade channels.
In this role, you’ll ensure flawless execution at the point of sale within your assigned territory, providing insights on category performance and shopper behavior to support better decision-making and business growth. This is a remote role, located in Puebla.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Growth & Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to increase product rotation at point of sale across categories, channels, and key customers within your territory.
- Customer Collaboration: Visit customer locations (offices, distribution centers, and retail environments) to detect improvement opportunities and strengthen business relationships.
- Commercial Execution at POS: Ensure execution of the business and commercial plans at POS, monitoring demand-generating activities and providing timely feedback on competition, launches, and out-of-stock situations.
- Negotiation & Business Reviews: Lead local negotiations, manage sales volumes by customer, track billing compliance, and conduct regular business reviews to achieve sales targets.
- Leadership & Coordination: Align priorities with merchandising agencies, support execution initiatives, and identify development opportunities for external merchandisers.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree.
- +2 years of business experience within CPG companies (Field Sales experience desirable).
- Experience managing field sales and third-party merchandising.
- Deep knowledge of local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel, and distributors (desirable).
- Proven skills in negotiation and operational discipline.
- English and Spanish proficiency (desirable).
