Title:  JR SALES REPRESENTATIVE (A)

Description: 

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Sales team as a Sales Representative. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and comprehending information, dynamics and needs in order to create action plans to maximize sales. Align and agree commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including Convenience, Distributors and Modern Trade).

 

This hybrid role is based in Puebla, Puebla. Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Organizational Mindset: Monitoring of compliance with billing for sales targets in their territory.      
  • Strategic Mindset: Perform business reviews with customers in their territory. To strengthen the business relationship with their customers.
  • Drive Results: Trading volume sales of all categories with each client, according to estimates from each of their accounts.        
  • Builds Effective Teams: Together with other business areas, identify opportunities by category and channel, their territory in the CORE (share, inv. asset depletion, mixing and performance scanner) customers.   

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience within CPG Companies (Desirable).
  • Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
  • English (Proficient).
