Purpose of the role

Ensuring Kellogg’s brand representation online are accurate and on-strategy. Being efficient and sufficient on paid media investments across D-comm. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth/sales.

A Taste of What You’ll be doing

  • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various E-commerce platforms including Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Zepto, Big Basket etc. to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis for all platforms.
  • Effectively communicate complex analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
  • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
  • Build search architecture, bidding/placement strategy, daily budget management by ad type and keyword type backed by data
  • Execute to strategy and ensure agency performance.
  • Campaign Optimization – Deployment of optimization rules as per objective
  • Keyword pruning

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital/Ecommerce. CPG industry experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement
  • Energy and passion, a self-starter who is willing to operate at highly strategic as well as very tactical levels given the start- up nature of the business

 

  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Great with logic setting and MS excel is a must
  • Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on Amazon, Flipkart/PPC portals or other performance-oriented channels.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns with AMS, FK brand manager portal and other Ecomm Self Served portals.
  • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition and PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
