Title: Key Account Executive
Advance your career as a Key Account Executive supporting our Albertson’s Southern division. In this exciting role, you will use your selling skills to partner with key decision-makers to drive business results. As an integral part of a Kellanova National Customer team, you’ll create sales solutions driven by consumer insights. Maximize and maintain the growth strategy for your account—all while building your expertise and network. We are looking for talent in the greater Dallas, TX area in this remote role. We will also consider individuals in remote locations who are willing to travel up to 50% of the time. This position provides participation in the Kellanova Auto Reimbursement program for individuals driving at least 5,000 business miles annually.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Account Development – As a Key Account Executive you will develop an annual customer plan that sets objectives to support our full portfolio of brands through merchandising, promotions, pricing, new & seasonal product launches, Omnichannel programs, and ESG partner initiatives.
- Customer Collaboration – Win with our customers by becoming a strategic business partner. Your superior business knowledge will be a resource to Albertson’s as you work to deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic Partnerships – Create partnerships to collaborate with the customer's key decision makers as well as internal cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver results.
- Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving profitable sales growth. Performing pre and post-promotion analysis and revising future programs as necessary will be key to your success.
- Budget Management – Responsible for managing trade dollars within your assigned budgets to drive profitability and deliver customer-specific trade and promotion plans.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma
- Previous account management experience preferred
- Ability to develop, present, and execute customer plans with a focus on customer communication and account penetration
- Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data (i.e. Nielsen / IRI)
- Strong understanding of trade strategy, retail operation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time but this may vary depending on the location of residency.
Compensation Insights
The annual salary range is $$114,400-$150,150 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available
