Title:  Maintenance Planner

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Planner in our Pikeville, KY facility, where you'll orchestrate the symphony of maintenance activities that keep our operations running smoothly. This is a first shift position working Monday-Friday with additional hours as needed. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated Maintenance team, ensuring seamless integration with Operations, Reliability, and Quality & Food Safety.

Your role is pivotal—balancing planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance with finesse and precision. Growth opportunities include maintenance or operation leadership roles within our plants or corporate opportunities, depending on your background and interests.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Scheduling Support – Scheduling planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities through our Work Order Management process.
• Inventory Management- Interacting with vendors, manage inventory, process requisition and purchase orders.
• Teamwork - Coordinating with Operations Supervisors, Operations Planners, Maintenance Supervisors, Inventory Stores Associates, and crew scheduling to get the job done.
• Metric and Safety Driven – Ensuring that People Safety and Food Safety protocols are being implemented and that continuous improvement is at the forefront of our day-to-day responsibilities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Experience working in an industrial maintenance environment

• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Excel
• Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software 
• Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures
• Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, dele gate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others
