Title:  Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Description: 

As a Junior Recruiter on a 6 month fixed term contract, you’ll play a key role in connecting talent with opportunities that shape our future. You’ll learn from experienced recruiters, gain exposure to modern talent acquisition strategies, and develop your skills in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer processes, you’ll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle—delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

 

You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe and work closely with local HR and Senior Recruiters to guide managers and candidates through their recruitment journey. This is a hybrid role based in our Boulogne Billancourt office in Paris.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Early Careers Recruitment - Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting roles and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
  • Direct Sourcing and Screening - Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify and engage talent and screen applications.
  • Candidate Experience - Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and positive journey.
  • Recruitment Support - Assist Senior Recruiters with screening and interview scheduling.
  • Collaboration - Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs and deliver timely solutions.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Fluent French and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR support.
