Title:  Sales Divisional Manager

Description: 

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Sales team as a Sales Divisional Manager. You will be responsible to manage a Full Service Distributor model creating strategies to bring profitable and sustainable results to the organization. You’ll be in charge of customer´s P&L, sales JBP KPI´s as Sell in, Sell Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect Trade Spending and commercial plan negotiation and implementation. This position is located in Panama City, Panama.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Sales Expertise and Customer Management: Demonstrate proficiency in selling, negotiating, and managing complex customer situations to drive business success.
  • Strategic Budget Management: Lead the Customer TS budget to execute brand strategy by prioritizing customers and achieving targets effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Strategy Development: Understand customers' strategies, WM JBP KPIs measures, priorities, and in-store needs to build robust commercial plans aligned with their goals.
  • Ownership of Customer Performance Metrics: Take ownership of customer's P&L and sales KPIs, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect, Trade Spending, and ensure effective implementation of commercial plans.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • English fluent speaking, writing and reading.
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT) Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated)
  • Retail Link and Tableau knowledge is required.
