Title:  Key Account Supervisor

Description: 

Are you skilled in managing key accounts and driving strategic growth? Come join the Sales team as a Key Account Supervisor. You’ll be responsible of the distributor's management, supporting its sales force to achieve the strategic objectives in the different channels/markets. Your purpose would be to maintain and expand relationships with distributors and customers while assuring strategic business plan implementation. This role is located in Panamá.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Strategic Mindset: Assure execution of the commercial calendar & JBP plan strategy through the distributor. Define business priorities of distributors sales force.
  • Assure Execution: Executive business discipline & Distributor Management guidelines: weekly meetings, MBR, QBR, T2T, Sales force trainings, etc. Drive and deliver growth by ensuring fundamentals execution and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Focus: Drive customer engagement to build trust and preference. Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn. Interact regularly with sales forces related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing distributors.
  • Previous experience in the consumer’s goods industry and distributor model.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial basics planning and reporting areas.
  • English: Advanced.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business.
