Title:  Key Account Supervisor

Description: 

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Sales team as a Key Account Supervisor. You will be responsible to manage the Caribbean territory, creating strategies to bring profitable and sustainable results to the organization. Furthermore, you will oversee customers’ P&L, sales JBP KPI’s as Sell in, Sell Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect Trade Spending and commercial plan negotiation and implementation for the Caribbean Region.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

   

  • Demonstrate expertise in selling/negotiating and managing complex customer situations.
  • Lead Customer TS budget to execute brand strategy through prioritization of customers to achieve targets.
  • Understand customers’ strategies, WM JBP KPI´s measures, priorities and needs that impact in-store to build strong commercial plans.
  • This person will oversee customers’ P&L, sales KPI’s as Sell in, Sell Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect, Trade Spending and commercial plan implementation.
  • Retail Link and Tableau knowledge is required.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience within the Caribbean territory 
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient computer skills ( Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated)
