Title:  Senior Analyst Retail Sales

As a Senior Analyst, Retail Sales you will not only keep the pace but also set it as an integral part of the Retail Performance Team. You will put your interpersonal skills to the test by being a key link between the Retail and our IT & technology partners as well as the rest of the organization. You will use executional accuracy and ability to communicate between the business partners and IT team. This is a hybrid role based in Naperville, IL.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaboration is Key – Connect with our business partners on various technology platforms used in retail and work closely with our supplier partners on enhancing current capabilities and developing new ones.
• Knowledge is Power – Become fluent in the use and maintenance of the system tools used for Sales, including SAP, Tableau, and our retail software.
• Communication – Work directly with the Retail, Account, and IT teams, to improve the systems of today and the design of our future.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Extensive IT Systems background with Tableau, Retail field selling solutions. 
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven retail or sales experience or supporting role.
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Will be responsible for completing multiple Ad-Hoc reporting projects.
