Title: Manager, Sales Fleet
Advance your career as a Manager, Sales Fleet that will oversee the daily operations and management of the company’s vehicle fleet as well as the FAVR reimbursement program for Sales employees not eligible for a company car. This role involves coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing fleet efficiency. The Fleet Lead will also manage a team of drivers and support staff, ensuring smooth and cost-effective fleet operations. This is a Hybrid role in the Chicagoland area.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Business Analytics – Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles to ensure optimal fleet performance. Lead, educate, and develop a team of drivers. Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to maximize efficiency. Ensure timely and high-quality completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance. Ensure all fleet operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Monitor and manage fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
- Strategic Partnerships – Single point of contact for vendors and employees who are in auto accidents. Responsible for fleet training among new hires during onboarding. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure the safe operation of the fleet.
- Internal Collaboration – Track and report on fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Coordinate rental cars for new hires, as well as redistribute fleet vehicles upon employee exits.
- Project Management – Role takes the lead with negotiating contracts with procurement with the intimate knowledge of fleet industry to ensure the best rates and services possible. Responsible for coordinating annual DMV checks for Fleet employees. Works with our Vendor (PARS) to relocate vehicles based on onboarding and offboarding.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in fleet management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Must be able to use effective verbal and written communication skills daily.
- Must have the ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
- Ability to lead, align, manage resolve conflict, and work in an ever-changing environment.
