Title: IT Plant Operations Analyst

This role is responsible for 24/7 support of the local IT environment and user community. Grow with us as you work with a progressive, dynamic group of technical professionals. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Primary Maintenance – Include maintenance, training and support of plant IT systems and programs (phones, computers, servers, printers and network)
- Act as Corporate IT Business Partner – Ensure the plant is meeting corporate guidelines and working withing corporate IT policy and assist in implementing corporate related IT strategies
- Support and Improvement – Support the execution of IT projects, including monitoring status and completion. Support continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, warehouse and production systems in support of plant business goals
- Business Planning – Participate in the business planning and budgeting process. Develop short and long-term costs containment/reduction strategies
- Continuous Development – Develop and maintain IT process and systems and ensure adequate level of technical resources to support facility efficiency initiatives
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Associate degree in IT (Computer Science, Networking, Security) or equivalent work experience
- Proven history of leading IT projects and system integration and system migration. Familiar with managing network Configuration, hardware, software, and business processes
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to support a food manufacturing environment with protective equipment
- Previous experience with GE Proficy MES is a bonus
- Willing to travel 25% to other plants
Compensation
The annual salary range is $96,480 - $126,630, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
