Title: Key Account Executive
Are you passionate about sales and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Sales team as a Key Account Executive. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail clients, ensuring that our products maintain strong visibility, placement and availability in-store.
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales budget, planning and executing Commercial Calendar Strategies including promotions and sales plan to boost Kellanova presence and market share. This role will be remote and located in Monterrey, México.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Account Management: Managing their accounts and fostering strong relationship to maximize Kellanova product visibility and sales opportunities
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales BGT, FCST and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Business Development: Collaborate with MFT Areas (Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations) to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives to drive sales. Propose new products and taylor-made strategies.
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues day-by-day, ensuring a high level of customer engagement maintaining long-term relationships.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, market trends and customer feedback generating reports to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor´s degree in Commercial and/or administrative field.
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Similar Roles in the FMCG Industry with a strong track record of driving RGM. Desirable: Previous experience in HEB & City Club.
- Intermediate English level.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
