Field Sales Representative Away From Home in Milan - 12 Months Assignment
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
You will be reporting into the Area Manager North being part of the Field Sales Representative team. Your relationship with the AFH team will be very close: you can refer daily to the AFH Account for the coffee shop visits.
You will be working on two different channels: high frequency store (HFS) in retail and coffee shop in AHF.
RETAIL
- Sales and Objectives - Maximize Kellanova brands by achieving sales targets in assigned points of sales and tasks including shelf reorganization, monitoring out-of-stock levels, and managing share of shelf.
- POS Panel Management - Responsible for effective coverage through daily and weekly visit schedules.
- AMPPS Strategy Execution (Assortment, Merchandising, Price, Promotion, Shelf enhancement) - Execute the AMPPS strategy by ensuring Kellanova’s Brands presence, assortment, and distribution; Optimize product location, organization, and visibility in stores; Enhance promotional KPIs using point-of-purchase (POP) material.
- Insights and Analysis - Periodically analyze data and share views with the manager; Identify short- and medium-term actions based on insights and continuously monitor trade, category, and brand evolution.
- Collaboration and Coordination - Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives; Provide advance information, recommendations, and feedback.
AWAY FROM HOME
- Your main goal is to increase sales and distribution throughout the designated geographic area, promoting Kellanova portfolio in the AFH channel with focus in coffee shops.
- You will support the wholesaler’s sales team visiting with them the POS with the main goal of:
- promoting and selling Kellanova products within the POS that currently don’t buy
- Increasing rotation of K products through visibility of our products and POSM in POS already served
- You will be given new potential pos in your areas to cover by yourself
- You will give constant feedback to the company throughout periodic reports and meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in local language (Italian) and English.
- Negotiation skills and marketing capabilities
- Valid Italian Driving Licence.
- Collage Degree is a plus
