Title:  Territory Manager - VIC Regional

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Territory Manager to join our VIC Field Sales team and manage key relationships across Greater Geelong including Ballarat & Warrnambool, representing our iconic brands in key grocery outlets. We’re looking for an individual who thrives in a role that offers both autonomy, in driving excellence & results in your territory, but also working as part of a broader team to ensure success for the state. You will work with your customers to negotiate on great outcomes for them and our range of products.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing:-

• Managing an assigned sales territory in the Greater Geelong/Ballarat and Warrnambool areas, driving the performance of Kellanova's portfolio across key grocery & select independents outlets
• Develop and maintain strong and long-term customer partnerships
• Complete field reporting and increased promotional effectiveness
• Utilise initiative, planning, time management and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your total territory
• Managing & directing 2 x dedicated merchandisers (3rd party)

Your Recipe For Success:-

• Previous sales experience in a Grocery or FMCG environment is preferred
• Strengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing the existing client base
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
• Experienced managing merchandisers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-managed and motivated
• Pride in your role and passion for representing the Kellanova brands across Breakfast and Snacks categories 
• Clean VIC drivers licence
