Title:  Retail Execution Coordinator

Description: 

Are you ready to take charge of retail execution and drive sales growth? Join our team as a Retail Execution Coordinator. In this role, you'll analyze market dynamics and customer needs to create action plans that maximize sales. You'll provide valuable insights into category performance and shopper behavior, helping us stay ahead of the curve.

You’ll also align and negotiate commercial plans with key customers, including convenience stores, distributors, and modern trade partners, ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale within your assigned territory in Antioquia, Colombia.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Align Priorities and Initiatives: Coordinate priorities and initiatives by retail environment with the merchandisers agency to ensure consistent execution.
  • Identify Product Rotation Opportunities: Find opportunities to increase product rotation at points of sale by category and channel, analyzing key metrics like share, inventory depletion, and scanner performance for CORE customers.
  • Manage Sales Trading Volume: Track trading volume for all categories with each client, aligning with sales estimates from each of their accounts (DSF).
  • Provide POS Feedback: Share feedback on commercial activities in points of sale (competition, launches, OOS, etc.) to improve decision-making.
  • Visit Customer Sites: Conduct visits to customer sites (offices, distribution centers, and retail environments) to identify ways to enhance product rotation.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of business experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, and Key customers across geographies.
